We visit Gurkha 3 every year during a lads’ weekend and are never disappointed. As a peanut-allergy sufferer, I tentatively visit Asian restaurants, but Gurkha 3 always look after me - and don’t have peanuts anywhere near their menu, so are as safe as I can hope for. As is my custom these days, I went for the Himalayan Lamb Curry, which packs as much punch as it does flavour. Succulent lamb pieces in a delicious chilli garlic tomato sauce. Precede it with some poppadoms and accompany it with some pilau rice, a garlic naan and a brace of lagers, and you’re onto a winner. All for around 33 a man. Can’t go wrong.

One of the best Indians in town! The Nepali Soup is absolutely amazing! I recently brought my family here for a meal as they were vising from abroad and they absolutely loved it! The service was spot on, they were very quick and polite, and the food was delicious! It was the first time they had a proper Indian, but they couldn't stop talking about it afterwards, they were that impressed. Would definitely recommend bringing family or loved ones here because they never disappoint thank you!

Came to the restaurant for my wedding anniversary. Was greeted with happy smiling faces, food was absolutely amazing !!!! Genuinely full of flavour and well presented. Would most certainly recommend to anyone and will be coming back to eat in and get takeaway too. Thankyou to all the staff. Excellent.

Had a lovely meal. Service was fabulous. We arent from the area so had no knowledge of the local restaurants. Would highly recommend. Husbands Chicken Phal was spot on.
